About Us

Established in 1982, Beaver-vu Construction is a division of
Be-Am-Co, Inc., a Beavercreek based corporation in business
since 1963.

Be-Am-Co, Inc. has developed, with Beaver-Vu Construction
being the exclusive builder of the following developments,
Beaver-Vu Terrace Village, a 126 condominium community,
Pebble Creek III, Wolf Ridge, and Tranquil Haven.

Our goal is to produce the finest affordable custom home with
quality and customer satisfaction as our top priorities.

Beaver-Vu Construction's Project Manager, Marty Walling, has
been with the company since its beginning and can be found
on the job site daily working next to his crew.

Also employed by Beaver-Vu Construction, are four full-time
employees in the field with a total combined experience of
over 53 years!

Beaver-Vu Construction is a member of the National
Association of Homebuilders, local Chamber of Commerce,
and a member of the Registered Builders program.
