Sure, if you'd like. We too have an architect that will work with
you or a design draftsman that can put together your ideas to
make your dream come true.

Is the land included?
When quoting houses in our listed developments, the price of
the land is always included. If you have your own land or are interested in another development, we would be happy to
price accordingly.

How long does it take?
Depending on the weather and other workload a 4-6 month
time frame can be expected from breaking of ground to move
in date.

Are there any delays I should be concerned with?
Weather is the only unpredictable delay that might be a
concern. We like to have get material selections as early in
the process as possible so that items are on hand as needed.

What kind of permits do I need?
All permit requirements are included in the price of the home
and are the responsibility of Beaver-Vu Construction to obtain.

What about utilities?
All utilities are present in the developments listed. (Water,
sewer, electric, gas, phone, cable.)Beaver-Vu Construction is responsible for the hook up costs, and fees for utilities used
during the building process.

Can I choose my floors, cabinets and countertops?
Certainly! In the models are selections that can be made to
stay within the budget. If an upgrade for any of these items
is desired, then a dollar allowance will be assigned accordingly
and any amount in excess will be paid to the supplier at time
of ordering.

Are there appliances included?
Yes, the standard appliances included are garbage disposal, dishwasher, self cleaning electric glass top range, and
microwave-range hood combination. We can also arrange
to have a refrigerator, washer and/or dryer installed and
added to the cost of the house.

What about water softener?
We have a company we recommend to supply these if desired
at an additional cost paid directly to them.

How many phone and cable outlets do I get?
We provide a phone and cable outlet in each bedroom, the
living room, and a phone outlet in the kitchen.

Is there a warranty with my new home?
Yes, your new home is covered for one year from date of closing
in accordance with the Registered Builder program. A booklet by
the National Asscoiation of Homebuilders will be given to you at closing that covers warranty items. Beaver-Vu also will give you
at closing "Warranty Work Requests" forms to list any items that may need attention.

Do you finance?
No. Beaver-Vu Construction is in the homebuilding business.
With all the possibilities in new home financing, we prefer to
leave that up to the professionals. We do however have
lending institutions that we would be happy to recommend.
